He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Boyd and Mary Louise Mains McCullough; his wife Aileen Swartz McCullough; and his siblings, Tabitha Gross, Mary Kennedy, Sara Jane Cohick, Samuel and John McCullough.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy M. Wendling (Bill), Thomas H. McCullough II (Debbie) and Suzanna Clark; and his grandchildren, Ericka Kott, Jennifer Rainey, Elizabeth Wecker, Thomas, Jonathan, Remington, Matthew, Courtney McCullough, Jerome and James Clark. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
