It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Shaffer of Newville, Pennsylvania, born in Dry Run, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 14, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur T. Harry and Violet L. Snyder Meily; and her husband Allan Ray Shaffer. She is survived by: her brother Richard C. Meily; and her children, Timothy A. Shaffer Steven E. (Betsy), Shaffer Theodore (Susan) and Crystal L Fink. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
