She was predeceased by: her siblings, Jack Crull and Erma Finkenbinder; her children, Betty Lou Rakers and Robert Stambaugh, Jr.; her son-in-law Nils Ficalora; and her grandson Randy Lee Rakers.
She is survived by: her children, Alan (LuAnn), Bonnie Snyder (Ray), Cheryl Ficalora and Kimberly Sanderson (Kevin); and her children-in-law, Beth Stambaugh and Randy Rakers. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; ten step-great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ruth's name may be made to her church, Mount Rock United Methodist Church, 598 Mount Rock Road, Newville, PA 17241.
