He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey J., Sr. and Mildred Eckenrode Carbaugh; and his daughter Marcia. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Durf Carbaugh; his children, Susan K. Wise (Jason) of Walnut Bottom, Heather M. Bass (Richard Wolf) of Newville, Roy K. Carbaugh, Jr. and Mark Carbaugh of Gardners; and his brother Harvey J. Carbaugh, Jr. of Shippensburg. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
