He was predeceased by: his parents, John Waggoner and Eva Waggoner (Keller); his wife Judy Waggoner (Barrick); and his siblings, John Waggoner, Charles Waggoner, Jean Farrence and Betty Fortney.
He is survived by: his children, Troy Waggoner of Newville, Tina Smith (Jason) of Mechanicsburg and Tony Waggoner (Ellen) of Chambersburg; and his sisters, Lorena "Teenie" Shaffner and Carolyn Dove (Lee). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren.
