He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred R. Baldwin and Gloria M. Baldwin (Parks). He is survived by: his wife Deborah C. Roush Baldwin; his children, Joni C. Fulkerson (Eric) of Mechanicsburg and Scott M. Baldwin (Michelle) of Carlisle; his grandchildren, Ava C. Baldwin, Ella C. and Kian N. Fulkerson; and his brother Larry M. Baldwin of Harrisburg.
