He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray F. Failor and Martha L. Negley; and his brother Marlin R. Failor. He is survived by: his siblings, Debra Petonyak, Grace Barrick (John) and Bradly Failor; his nieces, Brandy Petonyak and Christy Morrow; his nephew Michael Petonyak; his great-nieces, Kalie Austin and Anneliese Morrow; and his aunt Evelyn Ocker. He is also survived by other aunts and uncles, and many cousins.
