He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fisher and Frances Miller Fisher; his wife A. Elsa Mae Rowan Fisher; and his brothers, Richard, William Jr., Donald and Leslie Fisher.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa "Lisa" Collier (Willie Jr.), Ralph C. Fisher Jr. (Patty), Cheryl Gibson (Edward) and Kristina Arter (Terry); and his siblings, Lucilla Rinehimer, Olga Royer, Alberta Garrett and Albert Fisher. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
