Skaggs (Charles); her siblings, Susan Wacker and Stephen Mearkle (Sally); her nieces, Sheri Coover (Dave), Nikki Snider (Marty), Amber Foltz, Brandea Scott (Travis) and Kendra Foltz (Jeremy Rhine); and her nephew Shawn McCullough (Stephanie).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to South Newton Fire Company, or the Jacksonville Lions Club.
