He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney B. Paxton and Fay E. Tosten Paxton Heishman; his wife Nancy J. Paxton; and his brother Anthony Wayne. He is survived by: his children, Cherie Lebo (Ed), Jay Shenk (Carla) and Russ White Jr. (Tanya); his grandchildren, Brianna Casey (Cody), Kayla Sherman (Tyler), Ashley Seibert (Matt), Patience Lebo (Jon), Gage Ward, Chloe White and Russell White III; his siblings, Rodney Paxton (Cathy), Vickie Kuhn and Deb Railing (Alvin); his nephew Todd; and his niece Michele. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
