It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael W. Markowitz of Newville, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 25, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Markowitz and Margaret Markowitz; and his son Israel Markowitz. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Kratz (Eric) and Sara Markowitz; and his grandsons, Tristan and Rowan Kratz. He is also survived by neighbors, friends and animals.
