Newcomer (Nicolarakis); his children, William Michael (Jessica Newcomer) of Lebanon and Erin Elizabeth Newcomer of Carlisle; his stepdaughter Phedra I. Hodges of White Marsh, MD; his siblings, John S. (Bette Newcomer) of Mt. Holly Springs and Tabatha McGrath of Clarkston, GA; and his granddaughters, Courtney and Callie Newcomer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
