It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael G. Heberlig of Newville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Heberlig and Ruth Heberlig (Kamerer); and his brother Charles Heberlig. He is survived by: his wife Sharon A. Heberlig (Negley); his daughter Ashley F. Kulp, Jr. (Russell) of Newville; his siblings, Gary Heberlig of Newville, Winifred Murphy of New York, Mary Anne Heckendorn of Newville and Nancy Hosler of Newville; and his grandchildren, Russell Kulp, III and Tessa Kulp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the St. Peter Lutheran Church (210 Brick Church Rd, Newville, PA 17241). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
