It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Martha Mentzer of Newville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl W. Hetrick and Pernie Hetrick (Ferguson). She is survived by: her husband Gary L. Mentzer; her son Jeremy Shade (Lisa); her grandson Parker Shade of Newville; and her sisters, Margaret Butts (Richard) of Newville and Barbara Braband (Timothy) of Gettysburg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
