She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Rankin (Kathy Rankin), Julie Tamburo (Vince Tamburo) and Barbara Smucker (Dennis Smucker); her grandchildren, Rachel Smucker, Megan Smucker, Emily Smucker, Nick Tamburo and Tyler Tamburo; her stepchildren, Pamela Marcumowski, Timothy Bridge and Brian Bridge; her niece Brenda Shirer; and her great-niece Aly Carr.
In lieu of flowers , memorial donations can be made in her memory to The National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, Columbia Md. chapter.
