Parks of Newville, Pennsylvania, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 21, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Parks and Marion Steffe Parks; his wife Hope R. Lyons Parks; his sons, Forrest D. Parks, Morgan H. Parks and Michael Parks; and his sister Elizabeth Hough. He was also cherished by two grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
