She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Schaeffer and H. Geneva Schaeffer (Mumbauer); her spouse G. Leon Cornman; her daughter-in-law Trudy Cornman; her brother-in-law Robert Smyser; and her great grandchild Jackson Cornman.
She is survived by: her children, L. Diane Cornman (Ray) of Carlisle, Deborah K. Lebo (Chester Jr.) of Carlisle, Donna S. Ocker (Gordon) of Newville, David A. Cornman (Dianne) of Newburg, Donald L. Cornman of Carlisle and Douglas E. Cornman of Mount Desert, ME; and her sister Marion Smyser of Carlisle. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Katherine to St. Matthew Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2070 Newville Road Plainfield, PA 17081.
