She is survived by: her significant other Ben Rodemaker of Carlisle; her children, Duane D. Otten (Lisa) of Carlisle, Dennis L. Otten (Joseph Catrambone) of New York City, NY, David S. Otten (Sherri Coover) and Middleton Twp; her siblings, Carolyn Carns of Carlisle, Beverly Sheaffer of Harrisburg and Gwenda Zakis of New Bloomfield; her son-in-law David Hickey of Mt; her sister-in-law Beverly Howe of New Cumberland; and also Holly Springs. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
