He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Webster and Retha G. Webster (Enders); and his siblings, Ed Webster and Mary Schwalm. He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Webster (Kreiser); his daughters, Heather K. Houldsworth (Sean), Becky J. Webster (Andrew Kurnath, Jr.) and Tiffany L. Webster; his grandson Jackson K. Houldsworth; his siblings, Wayne Webster (Brenda), John Webster (Deb), Dave Webster (Sue), Nancy Keiter (Henry), Ellen Wagner (Karl), Ruth Bordner (Clifford), Darlene Oxenrider (Leonard) and Cathy Oxenrider; his sister-in-law Esther Webster; and his mother-in-law Maryjane Kreiser. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions may be made to the Big Spring FFA towards a scholarship for agricultural students in honor of Joe.
