Miller of Newville, Pennsylvania, born in Portage, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 28, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Collier and Jessie Miller (Kneppley); his wife Charlotte A. Miller (Hogan); and his sisters, Mildred Cook, Sarah Burris and Ruth Nelson.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph C. Miller (Marlene) of Mechanicsburg and Jennifer Heiser (Robert) of Mechanicsburg; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Jessica, William, Erin and Hayley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
