He was predeceased by: his grandmother Alice Benfield. He is survived by: his parents, John A. Benfield, Jr. and Heather C. Benfield (Gates) of Newville; his siblings, Dakota Coy of Newville and Kendall Benfield of Carlisle; his grandparents, Randy, Yvonne Gates (Holmes) of Newville and John A. Benfield, Sr. (Christine) of Chambersburg; his aunt Angela Benfield; and his cousins, Paige Voegele and Madilyn Bishop.
