He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lee and Helen Cecelia Oiler (Myers); and his siblings, Joan Louise Oiler Brehm, Helen Cecelia Oiler and Edward Lee Oiler, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Frances Evelyn Smith Oiler; his sister Juanita Anne Oiler Cohick of Hilton Head, SC.; his daughters, Sharon Weaver (Harold), Sandra Fulton (James) and Jayne Lyman (Matt); his grandchildren, Harold Weaver II (Misty), Andrew Lyman, Virginia Lyman Yarrington (James), Bradley Lyman, Rosemary Lyman, Elias Fulton (Lindsey), Nellie Fulton Davidson (Lee) and Ethan Fulton (Emily Hill); and his great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Christopher Weaver, Lucy and Bob Yarrington.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no public viewing, visitation, or service at this time.
