He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Clelan and Olive Clelan (Harper). He is survived by: his wife Katherine B. Clelan of Newville; his children, Sharon K. Myers of Carlisle and Greg D. Clelan (Sheree) of Newville; and his siblings, Mary Margaret Klinger (Charles) of Trenton, MI and E. Richard Clelan (Joyce) of Carlisle. He is also survived by four grandsons; ten great-grandchildren.
