She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur G., Sr. and Margaret Lay (Stum); her husband William E. Negley; her brothers, Wilbur G. Lay Jr. (Betty), Oscar R. Lay (Alice) and Elmer L. Lay (Betty); and her son-in-law Robert D. Baker, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Beverly A. Baker and Billy A. Negley (William Maurer); and her grandchildren, Robert D. Baker, Jr. (Rebecca) and Rebecca D. Hoke (James). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
