It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George W. Laughman of Newville, Pennsylvania, born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 19, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Allen and Helen Gertrude Laughman (Crum); and his siblings, Kathleen Walters and Harold Laughman. He is survived by: his friends, Jake and Donnie; his wife Doris M. Laughman of Newville; his daughter Georgeann Laughman of Carlisle; and his siblings, Harry Laughman of Carlisle, Sylvia Brandt of Newburg, Mary Lou Shoemaker of Carlisle, Gerald Laughman of Perry County, Richard Laughman of Carlisle and Nancy Mummau of Carlisle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
