He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Foster, Sr. and Virgie E. Foster (Barrick); his sister Audrey; his niece Kristan Foster; and his granddaughter Mia Foster.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Stephanie Chertok of Carlisle; his sons, Justin (Christia) of Newville and Coby (Christina) of Carlisle; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Austin and Ty; and his siblings, Robert J. Foster, Jr. (Nancy) of Boiling Springs, Nancy Snyder (Barry) of Carlisle and Cinda Walker (Kenneth) of Newville. He is also survived by niece and many nephews.
