She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Culbertson and Martha E. Culbertson (Wright); her husband Carl E. "Pickel" Newcomer; her daughter-in-law Carol L. Bupp Newcomer (Robinson); and her sisters, Mary Jane Motter, Esther Ramp, Twyla Anderson and Louise Bouder.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony L. "Tony" of Hockersville, Timothy L. (Paul) of Carlisle and Tina L. Fry (Luke) of Hockersville; and her stepgrandsons, Chris and Eric Bupp. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
