She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Omar A. Rowan and Klara V. S. Ronnblad Rowan; her husband Ralph C. Fisher; and her children, Melissa "Lisa" Collier (Willie Jr.), Ralph Fisher Jr. (Patty), Cheryl Gibson (Edward) and Kristina Arter (Terry). She was also cherished by eight grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
