He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd R. Hill and Nancy L. Foster Hill; his wife Anna M. Mitchell Hill; his son Terry E. Hill; his siblings, Donald Hill, Betty Jo McBride and Becky Nelson; and his son-in-law Richard Neenan.
He is survived by: his daughter Deborah D. Neenan; his grandchildren, Alex Hill and LeAnne Longenecker (Brian); his stepgrandchildren, Rebecca Dirkman, Christopher Neenan and Richard Neenan; and his great grandchildren, Trevor Longenecker and Emmett Longenecker. He is also survived by great-great grandsons; and two step great-great granddaughters; and one great-great-great grandson.
