She was predeceased by: her father Charles E. Snow. She is survived by: her husband David Thomas Tenney of Newville; her son Michael Oaks of Atlantic City, NJ; her stepdaughters, Misti Tenney of Chillicothe, OH and Ashlie Baker of Chillicothe, OH; and her siblings, Gloria Skidmore of Derry, NH, Gail Kiner of Covington, GA and Roy Snow of Hummelstown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Debra to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.
