We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2023, at the age of 66, Deborah (Hill) Neenan of Newville, Pennsylvania, born in Pearisburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward G. Hill and Ann Hill (Mitchell); her husband Richard L. Neenan, Jr.; and her brother Terry Hill. She is survived by: her children, Christina "LeAnne" Longenecker (Brian) of New Cumberland, Richard L. Neenan III (Dawn), Christopher S. Neenan (Lynn Kelly) of Bressler and Rebekah J. Dirkman (Brian) of Hazlet, NJ; her grandchildren, Jordan, Christopher, Larry, Kyle, Patrick, Nicholas, Josiah, Trevor and Emmett; and her nephew Alex.
