He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne R. Conrad and Hazel Conrad (Myers); his son David L. Conrad, Jr.; and his brothers, Dennis and Sam.
He is survived by: his children, Joshua L. Conrad (Lindsey) of Mechanicsburg and Bridget Kitzmiller of Shermans; his grandchildren, Zander, Joshua Jr., Curtis, Alyssa, Kayla, Paxton, Dallas, Brianna, Ian and Jakob; his siblings, Mike, Katherine, Mary, Shirley, Clara and Helen; and his close friend Karalee Highlands. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
