He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray A. Orner and Norma J. Schreiber Orner; his sister Sandra Beaumont; and his nephew Mathias Beaumont. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly A. Ocker Orner; his children, Tiffany LeBlanc (Percy), Amanda Novak (Aaron) and Dale Orner Jr. (Raeann); his grandchildren, Jaxson, Olive, Parker and Paxton; his brothers, Ray Orner Jr. (Patricia) and James C. Orner (Karen); and his mother-in-law Karen Reed. He is also survived by two nephews, and five nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Egger Funeral Home Inc. (15 W Big Spring Ave, Newville, PA 17241). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
