It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Hair (Newville, Pennsylvania), born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 1, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale E. Hair and Julia A. Hair. He is survived by: his wife Emma R. Hair (Negley); and his daughter Bridget Racis (Randy).

His love for his cats comforted him during his struggle with Alzheimer's disease.
