We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2022, at the age of 98, Charlotte E. Rice (Newville, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry J. Young and Lillian Russell Young; her husband Cyrus Rice; and her sister Maxine Brooks. She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Smith (Dan) of Carlisle; her brother Harry C. Young (Connie) of Newville; and her grandsons, Edward Brownewell (Gelen), Michael Brownawell and Bryon Jumper. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
