He is survived by: his wife Debra Heberlig (Hock); his children, Barbara Mann, Jane Lee (Eddie) and Charles, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jeanne, Harry, III, Cassie, Jake, Charles, III, Samantha and Truman; his great grandchildren, Waylon, Charlotte, Elizabeth, Huck, Parker, Zoey, Maleah, Eliza and Maximillian; and his siblings, Gary Heberlig (Donna), Winifred Murphy, Mary Anne Heckendorn (Fred), Nancy Hosler and Michael Heberlig (Sharon).
