She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick S. Payne and Catherine Payne (Knoll); and her husband Richard C. McCleaf. She is survived by: her son William C. H. McCleaf; her brother Robert W. Payne; her daughter Heather Ann McCleaf-Royle (Robert) of New Cumberland; her stepsons, Shawn R. McCleaf of Lemoyne and Shane R. McCleaf of New Cumberland; her grandchildren, Baby (McCleaf), Sarah Toohey (McCleaf), Andrew McCleaf, Noah McCleaf, Nicholas Royle, Zander Royle and McKenzie Royle; her great grandchild Atlas McCleaf; and her siblings, Frederick K. Payne of Gardners, Annette L. Steele of Wilmington, NC and Carol E. Little of Johnstown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
