She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Caldwell and Mary Louise Caldwell (Hicks); her husband Jimmy Koontz; and her siblings, John, Joseph, Billy Caldwell and Anna Caldwell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Miller (William), Deborah Albright (Rodney Pitsnogle) and Anna Adams (Luke); her grandchildren, Brett Shaffer (Sarena Sipes), Robert Cuff (Stacey), Zachary Kelley (Beth), James Cuff, Alyshia Cuff and Jacob Kelley; her stepgrandchildren, Landon Miller, Kole Miller, Hope Vough and Ann Marie Casey; and her great grandchildren, Jacoby Fickes, Alexander Cuff, Elizabeth Cuff, Aaliyah Lippy, Dawson Secrest, Charlotte Cuff, James V Caldwell (Nancy) and Larry Caldwell. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Green Spring First Church of God, 1140 Greenspring Road, Newville, PA 17241.
