He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Anthony Quaker, Sr. and Marie Thelma Donley Quaker; and his siblings, Joan Nelson and Ronald Quaker. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Johnson Quaker; his children, Dean Stoki, Jr. of Millerstown, PA, Fred Stoki of Ashburn, VA, Arthur "Tony" Quaker, III (Kelli Appleton) of Warrenton, VA, Theodore "TJ" Quaker of New Bloomfield, PA and Catherine "Cat" Quaker Long (Douglas) of Newville, PA; his grandchildren, Darrian, Cheyenne Stoki, Jacob, Zachary, Colton Quaker, Terrance, Quentin, Marcus, Hayden Quaker, Austin, Grant and Katrina Long; and his siblings, Mary Ann McGowan of Shermansdale, PA, Frances Intrieri (Stephen) of Etters, PA, Patsy Ochs of Fresno, CA, Carol Holtry (Larry) of Shippensburg, PA, Albert Quaker (Caryn) of Berwick, ME and Michael Quaker (Kerry) of Enola, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
