She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred S. Price and Sarah Price (Beatty); and her brother Herbert Price. She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Garlin (Susan Burner) of Martinsburg, WV and Robert Garlin (Sally) of Newville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
