He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Scarpello and Lucy Scarpello; and his brother Michael Scarpello. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Joseph (late Laura) and John Noga (Missy); his grandchildren, Katie Noga, John Noga Jr. (Courtney DeSol), Jessica Messick (Jason), Christopher Noga (Jessenia Guerrero), Andrew Noga and Steven Noga (Mikaela); and his great grandchildren, Luciena Andrade Messick, Leona Messick, Audrey Rose Noga, Rocco Noga and Weston Noga.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 2:15 PM. A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery (830 Highland Rd, Newtown, PA 18940).
