He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine V. Cunningham; his parents, Anne R. Cunningham, and Thomas R. Cunningham, Sr.; and his siblings, Thomas R. Cunningham, Jr., Patricia O'Brien, James J. Cunningham, Mary V. Cunningham and Carole A. Connelly.
He is survived by: his children, Susan, Jane Underwood, Matthew, Andrew (Helen), Thomas, Anne Costello, Daniel (Cheryl) and Stephen Cunningham (Kelly). He is also survived by his 19 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
