He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Spratley and Susie Spratley; his daughter Rose Justice; and his siblings, Creswell Spratley, Janice Spratley, Pamela Spratley and Terry Spratley.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Justice; his children, Shahida Justice and Leonard Spratley Jr.; his grandchildren, Leonard, Jhabarr, Joshua, Shahid, Keynna, L'nnayh and Imani "Kitten" Spence; and his siblings, William Spratley and Martha Spratley. He is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren, and a host of Nieces, Nephew, Friends, and Neighbors.
