He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Sr. Stevens and Helen J. Jamison Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Hopf; his son John T. Stevens III (Judy) of Newtown; his grandchildren, John T. Stevens IV (Mary), James R. Stevens (Katelyn), Jeffrey C. Stevens (Catie), Elizabeth L. Stevens and Emily A. Stevens; and his great grandchildren, Michael, Sullivan, William, Blake and Scarlett. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
