He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Kuchinsky and Helen Kuchinsky (Stankiewicz); his former wife Carole; his son John Jr.; and his brother Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his sons, Michael of Los Alamos and Bobby of Key West; his siblings-in-law, Alice McLamb and Dr. Mike Gable; and his stepdaughter Jocelynn Wiernicki. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
