Chase (Carol Ann Marusiak) of Phoenix, AZ, Charles W. Chase of Warminster, PA and Catherine Incollingo (John) of Lansdale, PA; his grandchildren, Stephanie (Karl), Bill (Diana), Michael (Kelly), Patrick (Jacquie) and Maria (Ryan); his children, Nicole Hamic (Ryan) and Jason Marusiak (Heather); and his great grandchildren, Katie, Nick, Everley, Ellis and Petra. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
