He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John T. McConaghy and Joan Marie Crane McConaghy; his wife Carol McConaghy; his children, Erin M. O'Hara (David), John J. (Melissa), Christopher C. (Victoria) and Brian H. McConaghy; and his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Gordon (Joseph), John K. McConaghy, Joan Keenan (late Bernard) and Sarann Peters (late Russ).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
