She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Lynn Brown (Kenn), William Blake Price and Van M. Price; and her grandsons, Benjamin Kooper Brown (Amy) and William Kortney Brown (Jacquelyn).
Virginia graduated Goucher College, attended Drexel University, and Barnes Foundation, where she studied Horticulture.
