He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore J. Fiala, Sr. and Suzanne Fiala; and his daughter Karen M. Fiala. He is survived by: his son Ted Fiala (Marlene); his grandchildren, Rhiannon Sayles (Darion), Toby Fiala (Jamie) and Jackson Fiala; his great grandchild Zoey Sayles; his sister Lynne Thompson (Bob); and his nephews, Robert Thompson, Andrew Thompson and Peter Thompson (Kathy Farrar).
