Susannah Watring touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas D. Walker; her parents, H. Glenn Watring and Jessie Louise Watring; and her siblings, Dr. Watson G. Watring (Roberta) and H. Glenn Watring, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Lewis Douglas (Ellen), Dwight Douglas (Michelle) and Glenn Watring; and her grandchildren, Sophie Jane, Jack Henry Douglas, Grayson Douglas, Katelyn Patricia and James Dominick Glenn.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Quantico National Cemetery (18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Jimmy's Old Town Tavern (679 Spring St, Herndon, VA 20170).
